The Vancouver Show: Lebron James and Kendrick
During Kendrick Lamar’s Vancouver tour stop, LeBron James was a guest and looked to be having a great time. LeBron thanked the city on his Twitter page for the warm welcome and Kendrick’s performance. Lebron tweeted, “Vancouver!! Thank you for the hospitality over the weekend.” “1st time in your beautiful, wonderful city! @kendricklamar you’re 1 of a kind my brother! SPECIAL show by a SPECIAL person! Appreciate the love!”
Last year, LeBron joined Giveon on stage at The Novo in L.A. He congratulated Giveon on his success, which drew a roar from the crowd.
Footage was captured of LeBron taking in the concert from his private side-stage view before getting on stage with the R&B star. Lebron wrote in his story, “A [star] flat out. My brother @giveon. Love my brother!” Giveon replied with his own story with the following, “Thank you to the GOAT @KingJames for coming out. My brother 4L.”
Kendrick’s Fifth Studio Album:
Kendrick Lamar will tour his fifth studio album, Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers, for the rest of the year. He will have shows in Phoenix and several California cities, including Oakland, San Diego, Anaheim, Los Angeles and more. The tour will then go to Europe, with stops in Amsterdam, Prague, Berlin and Paris. The tour will end in December with shows in Australia and New Zealand.
