Gunna’s legal team comes out and says he is innocent. But, they claim the authorities are using his music and lyrics against him. Gunna is known for being a charitable man and his lawyers are trying to prove his innocence.

Gunna’s lawyers are claiming he is being put into a criminal conspiracy based on his music.

Gunna has done some amazing charity contributions in his home city of Atlanta. He contributed to the first-ever free-in-school grocery and clothing store. These stores have been feeding over 400 children a week. Also, on top of these in school stores, Gunna has done nationally sponsored giveaways for victims of disasters.

Firstly, Gunna has a great legal team behind him. The team includes Donald F. Samuel, John A. Garland, and Kristen W. Novay. They state “Mr. Kitchens has been an advocate for his community.”

On Wednesday, Gunna turned himself in two days after Young Thug’s home was raided. Young Thug was arrested following the raid of his home. However, the two ATL rappers have both been arrested on RICO charges in Fulton County, GA.

However, the authorities are using the rapper’s lyrics against them in the indictment. In a song by Young Thug, he states “I killed his man in front of his momma, like f*** Lil bruh, sister and his cousin.”

Unfortunately, Young Thug and Gunna are both getting charged with gang activity, intent to sell drugs, and stolen property.

Gunna had to appear in court on Wednesday, and he will be held without bond.

Finally, the whole operation’s goal was to take down the members of the “Young Slime Life” gang. One of the biggest gangs running through GA.
