Kodak Black was arrested last month during a traffic stop in Florida. Cops found dozens of oxycodone pills along with nearly $75,000 in cash during their search. Bill Kapri, better known by his stage name Kodak, was charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and trafficking oxycodone. Despite, he was able to bond out the next day, the “No Flockin” artist was placed on house arrest shortly after.
Not pleased with how things had gone down, Kodak took to Twitter to express his displeasure. “This Sh*t bogus Af I feel like This a character assassination issue Kuz theirs no way I should be getting harassed bout my tag being expired,” Kodak wrote. He threatened to file a lawsuit against the department for everything they have, including his car and the money that he hasn’t received. Kodak’s team has asked for their belongings back from the Florida Highway Patrol. Cohen has said he has valid proof they weren’t involved in any criminal activity.
The Dodge Durango that was registered to the record label Sniper Gang, was used by the group. The story was reported by a media outlet. The team has already handed over a prescription for the pills. Bradford claimed the $75,000 in cash came from the artist’s job. The court is expected to release its ruling on some matters in the near future.
